1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, submitting inquiries, or placing commercial orders through our platform, you ("Client", "Distributor", "Retailer", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our web forms or ordering services.

2. Wholesale & Commercial Trade Terms

Our digital forms and product displays serve B2B stockists, distributors, and bulk purchasers. The following baseline conditions apply:

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All wholesale orders are subject to master carton packaging requirements (typically 5 Master Cartons unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).
• Business Identification: The Company reserves the right to request valid tax registration details (such as GSTIN) prior to fulfilling trade price quotations.
• Order Approval: Submitting a contact form or request for quotation does not constitute a binding sales agreement until an official Proforma Invoice is issued by our sales team.

3. Pricing, GST & Payment Schedules

All product rates quoted on our digital catalogues or sent via trade communications are subject to market adjustments:

• Payment Terms: Initial orders for new stockists require 100% advance payment against Proforma Invoice prior to dispatch.
• Remittance: All payments must be made directly to the authorized corporate bank account of Olympia Games & Toys Pvt. Ltd.

4. Freight, Dispatch & Transit Risk

Goods are dispatched Ex-Factory from our primary warehouse facility in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

• Logistics Selection: Transport freight charges are borne by the buyer. Goods can be dispatched via the buyer's preferred transport carrier or booked through our contracted transport networks.
• Inspection & Claims: Shortages, outer carton damages, or packaging tampering must be noted on the LR (Lorry Receipt) copy at the time of delivery and notified to us within 48 hours.

5. Quality Assurance & BIS Compliance

Olympia Games & Toys Pvt. Ltd. certifies that all manufactured and distributed toys comply with Indian Safety Standards (BIS IS 9873). Distributors and retailers must not deface, alter, or obscure safety warnings, age labels, or BIS certification marks present on the product packaging.

6. Communications & Electronic Consent

In accordance with our website features, checking the consent boxes on our forms authorizes us to send you commercial updates via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp Business, and Email regarding your inquiries, trade catalogs, and dispatch notifications. You may opt out of promotional broadcasts at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, product designs, game mechanics, images, and website contents are the exclusive property of Olympia Games & Toys Pvt. Ltd. Stockists and authorized dealers are granted a limited license to use our official brand assets strictly for sales and marketing of authentic products.
